This is our twist and is a spicy and delicious Mexican meat and rice dish with outstanding flavors. The recipe is quick and easy enough to make for a very large group. We used raw/fresh Hatch Green Chile but you can substitute Poblano's if you cannot find the chile. Depending on the chile you select this can be mild to HOT based on your taste buds!! The recipe below was enough for 8 hungry couples so adjust as needed.
