Shrimp Po'Boys
Shrimp Po'Boys are just plain awesome! Spicy and sweet using homemade Tarter Sauce and paired with White and Purple Cauliflower. This can feed a few or a crowd! Just adjust the amount of shrimp for the servings needed. This batch was using 2 pounds of shrimp.
  • 2pounds Shrimp
  • 1package Louisiana Seasoned Fish FryDo NOT use the breading type!
  1. LA spicy breading and 2 lbs of Shrimp - Shrimp is de-veined, peeled and washed.
  2. I used about 1/2" of avocado oil on this one (24" Disc)... On the 22" disc you need just enough oil to mix a handful of shrimp in...they do not need to be covered in the oil...just mix them around!
  3. Nicely breaded - you can make them hotter if you like! ;>)
  4. Just a quick partial to check heat!
  5. Half the batch and move around with tongs
  6. Last half of batch and move around with tongs
  7. All done and resting on a plate with paper towels
  8. Served with bun, Arugula, Homemade Tarter Sauce and White/Purple Cauliflower
